Operation Endurance is Durham Constabulary’s ongoing campaign to tackle vehicles that cause harm to our local communities.

It involves officers from our motorcycle section and neighbourhood teams working with the community to rid the streets of illegal and antisocial biking.

Operation Endurance is a multi-agency operation which involves several of our local partners, including Darlington Borough Council and Durham County Council.

We proactively target offenders with warnings, seizures and behaviour contracts, as well as utilising specialist equipment such as the police drone.

Through Operation Endurance, we are constantly gathering and monitoring intelligence on offenders so that we can take action to disrupt them and bring a stop to their offending.

That’s where we need your help – if you have any information on nuisance bikers in your area, then let us know.

Information can be emailed to opendurance@durham.police.uk or reported online via 101 Live Chat www.durham.police.uk/Report-It/101-Live-Chat/101-Live-Chat.aspx

Alternatively, information can be passed on anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via their website, www.crimestoppers-uk.org
