Description

An exciting opportunity has become available within Durham Constabulary to join as part of out Control Room Triage Team. You will provide an effective telephony service to all external and internal customers in order to assist the Communications Department to meet its service level agreements and performance indicators. You will also be required to update relevant Durham Constabulary internal databases.

Qualifications / Experience Test
At least 3 months previous Customer Service experience
