Description

Durham Constabulary is one of the top-performing police forces in the UK. We have an exciting opportunity for a Decision Maker within the Road Safety Bureau at Spennymoor Police Station.

You will be part of a small team whose role is to ensure the accurate recording of Road Traffic Collisions for County Durham and Darlington, involving various processes. 

You will be required to demonstrate an ability to problem solve using your initiative and various force systems to assist you. You will need to demonstrate resilience and real confidence in your ability to make decisions and identify offences which may need further investigation. Strong communication skills are also required as you will be liaising with officers and members of the public.

Qualifications / Experience Test

City & Guilds lll / A Levels / Btec in a relevant subject or an approved equivalent.
