Salary: Senior Officer 2 £34,578 - £37,281 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, based on working Monday to Friday, flexible working hours scheme applies.

About the role
The Performance Manager role is to sit on performance meetings, monitor and flag areas of concern on the performance of Durham Constabulary against organisational and national objectives through the collection and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data.
They will lead and manage a team of analysts to ensure the collation, processing and statistical analysis of all available data (including big data) to allow trends and outliers to be identified. Ensure these together with inferences and insights can be presented within the Force performance management structure.
