Description
Durham Constabulary is currently recruiting to fill the demanding and exciting role of Senior Analyst within our Crime Command.  
You will be based at our new purpose built police headquarters at Aykley Heads just north of Durham City balanced with some home working.

Day to day as Senior analyst, you will be responsible for managing a team of Operational Analysts and will be supporting operational policing by ensuring the delivery of high quality and professional analytical service, through development and delivery of the analysis function. You will also be responsible for ensuring that high levels of analytical skills are delivered to the force through advising analysts, quality assuring analytical work and prioritising analytical demands.
Durham Constabulary offers a minimum of 26 days annual leave rising to 31 days after five years continuous service (pro rata to number of hours worked), an extremely competitive pension scheme, a flexible approach to work/life balance issues and an excellent working environment.
The successful applicant will also have the opportunity to work remotely and at police stations across the force area.

Qualifications / Experience Test
City & Guilds Level III/ A Levels/or BTEC National in a relevant subject or an approved equivalent.
If you possess an equivalent qualification you must clearly outline this on your application.  Failure to do say may result in your application not being progressed.
