We are looking for candidates who possess enhanced communication skills (both written and oral) displaying excellent interpersonal skills relating to people at all levels. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to be understanding and sensitive to the needs of others.
You will need to have an investigative mind-set, display the ability to ask questions, obtain relevant information and make informed decisions, presenting facts accurately and clearly.
Candidates should be able to handle stressful situations and work under pressure. You will be required to work alone as well as part of a team, accepting responsibility for your own tasks, prioritising your work and meeting deadlines.
The role involves a requirement to work outdoors in all weather and/or in uncomfortable surroundings.
There is also a requirement to be in possession of a full current driving license to drive manual vehicles as there will be a need to drive police vehicles between work locations. *Applicants should also note that there will be a requirement to pass a basic Driving Assessment prior to any offer of appointment being confirmed.
