Description
To be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Victims Code and Witness Charter.
The successful candidate will provide victims and witnesses with a single point of contact, providing regular updates on criminal
cases using standard letters, e-mails and via the telephone within specified timescales.

This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The flexible working hours’ scheme applies to this post.
Qualifications / Experience Test
Applicants must have 4 GCSEs including English Language or Literature (grade 9 to 4/ A to C). An individual who possess an
equivalent e.g. NVQ must provide evidence of English.
