Active Priorities

  • 23 November 2017 - Zero Tolerance of ASB and Crime
Recently there has been an increase in reports of Anti-Social Behaviour in and around Viola Crescent and Lilac Avenue. This involves persons shouting and fighting in the streets.
There have also been a number of thefts from local shops on Sacriston Front Street

This is what we have done

  • 23 November 2017 - Zero Tolerance of ASB and Crime
Action has been taken in conjunction with Karbon Homes to warn those involved and there will be a zero tolerance policy to anti-social behaviour in the area.
High visibility patrols will be carried out by the Neighbourhood Police team both on foot and on mobile patrol. Residents are encouraged to attend the Sacriston Drop In session at the Fulforth centre which is held fortnightly. This session is a chance for residents to speak with members of their local Police Team to discuss issues in the area.
The next drop in session is on the 28th November 2017 at 2pm until 3pm at the Fulforth Centre, Front Street, Sacriston.

These are the policing priorities that local people have agreed with your policing team. You can have some influence on future policing priorities by attending your next PACT meeting.
