Durham Agency Against Crime

A community garden in Ushaw Moor which will be educational for children and help build bridges between the generations is taking shape.

The Ushaw Moor Action Group is extremely grateful for all the support they have had from residents and partners in developing this facility.

The local policing team is delighted to support the Durham Agency Against Crime HAGGRID Project, which is a diversionary programme for young people based around horticulture and agriculture. The scheme also aims to build stronger communities through intergenerational activities.
