Active Priorities

  • 07 February 2019 - BRANDON
    At this months PACT meeting there were 8 attendees.

    No specific issues were raised.
    Update from CC Taylor.A speed survey has now been completed on the A690 Brandon-Brancepeth Village,results will be shared in due course.

    CSW was carried out on Commercial St./Brandon Lane carried out by Police and community volunteers on 18/01/19 with 2 vehicles caught speeding   
     

This is what we have done

  • 07 March 2019 - BRANDON

    -Ongoing patrols in the area to identify adults, youths, and vehicles involved in any anti-social behaviour and take positive action. Police are investigating criminal damage in the area and offenders will be dealt with robustly. Residents encouraged to report any issues to make police aware.

    -Council related issues raised will be addressed by CC Taylor and the Neighbourhood street wardens.​ Again residents are encouraged to report issues to the relevant agencies.

    -Police,Housing providers and Durham County Council are in conjunction with tackling the ongoing Anti Social Behaviour around the area.High visibility and regular patrols by Police and Council Wardens will contnue.

    -A possible youth provision for weekends and school holidays are currently under discussion with Police CDHG.Ongoing 

    -Youths responsible for ASB have been visited by Police and warned about potential consequences of their behaviour in the community
