Active Priorities

  • 12 July 2018 - Empty Properties and Anti-Social Behaviour
Our current PACT priority for Horden is the disrepair of properties in and around the numbered streets.  The fly tipping in yards of the empty homes and anti-social behaviour of some residents. You have told us that people are going through bins and leaving peoples yards in a state.  We urge you to call Police if you witness this, we cannot help if we don’t know about it.
We are also aware that off-road vehicles are an issue and we are working with partners to deal with this issue.
Proctive patrols will be carried out in the area to prevent and deter anti-social behaviour.

The next PACT meeting is for both Horden North and Horden South (to be known as Horden Central PACT) held at the Salvation Army on Wednesday 18th July at 5.30pm.

This is what we have done

  • 25 April 2018 - Empty Properties and Anti-Social Behaviour

Officers have been working proactively in the area of Horden in order to deal with the various reported issues. High visibility patrols are being carried out in the hot spot areas that have been highlighted.

These are the policing priorities that local people have agreed with your policing team. You can have some influence on future policing priorities by attending your next PACT meeting.
