Appeal after army medals stolen in Tantobie house burglary

​Police are appealing for witnesses after eight army medals were among a number of sentimental and high value items taken in a burglary on a house in South View Terrace, Tantobie.
The burglary was discovered on Friday, November 9.
Other items taken include:
* A Bang and Olufsen Beosound 8 Docking Station,
* Planet Ocean Omega Watch which has a black rubber (leather look) strap with white stitching, 
* A silver Rotary bracelet watch from the 1950's,
* An iPhone,
* Two iPods,
* Oakley and Ray-Ban sunglasses,
* A Cambridge Audio Amp and CD player,
* Mulberry holdall,
* Cigar cutter and lighter,
* A white motorbike helmet with a picture of Krusty the Clown on the back with 'DOM' signed on the back,
* Clothing.
Anyone who is offered any of these items or who has any information is asked to call Durham Constabulary on 101, quoting incident reference 130 of November 9.
